Course Description The purpose of this 1-hour course is to provide audience members with an overview of the available technology for use at depositions. Whether preparing for a standard or a high-tech deposition, attorneys will be able to utilize the information presented and make informed decisions regarding technology when scheduling and taking a deposition. Knowing what technological tools are available, and how to utilize them, during the early stages of the litigation process helps ensure a smooth pre-trial process, as well as enhances how the information gathered during the discovery process is utilized at trial.
