Course Description The purpose of this 1-hour course is to provide audience members with an introduction to the use of available trial preparation and presentation technology. The discussion will cover best practices for creating trial-ready deposition footage, ways to incorporate exhibit presentation tools at trial, and the various types of graphic demonstratives utilized in court. Issues of admissibility will also be discussed.
